Payments go to the owner’s displayed payment details. Applicants and tenants submit a transaction reference and screenshot, which authorized owners or administrators review.
Yes. Owners can add multiple properties and switch the active property in their dashboard while keeping rooms, tenants, and operations property-specific.
Yes. Tenants can raise complaints from their dashboard, and owners can review, respond to, and resolve them through the existing complaint workflow.
Yes. HostelSet tracks the application or security deposit separately from monthly rent so each payment has a clear purpose and verification status.

An owner starts with Register Your Property, creates an owner account, submits property details, then manages rooms, tenants, rent, notices, applications, and requests from the owner dashboard.
No. Owner accounts must use Owner Login. Tenant Login is only for active tenant accounts that belong to an approved or owner-created tenant record.
No. Tenant accounts can access tenant features such as payments, notices, complaints, room change, and vacate requests. Owner tools remain restricted to owner accounts.
